Grinders · fits Espresso
Eureka Mignon Specialita
Eureka's own spec sheet confirms a stepless 55mm flat burr with a dedicated, slower grind rate for espresso and a 300 gram hopper that comfortably outlasts an 18 to 19 gram dose, though the touchscreen's dose counter is timed rather than weight-based, so the precise gram target our guide calls for still comes down to a separate scale.

Comandante C40 MK4
Prima Coffee and Voltage Coffee Supply's spec listings put the C40 MK4's conical steel burr at a stated range of espresso to cold brew, wide enough to clear the medium grind our pour-over guide calls for and the medium-fine grind our AeroPress guide calls for, with bean jar capacity well past either guide's per-brew dose.

Grinders · fits Pour-over
Fellow Ode Gen 2
Fellow's own spec sheet builds the Ode Gen 2 around 64mm flat burrs, an 11 setting, 31 step dial, and a 100g single-dose hopper aimed squarely at filter brewing, and Seattle Coffee Gear's product guide settings table places V60 (grouped with Chemex) at settings 10 to 20, comfortably inside the medium grind our pour-over guide calls for.

OXO Brew Conical Burr Coffee Grinder
OXO's own build lets you grind straight to a gram target on a built-in scale, matching the exact 15g pour-over and 125g cold brew doses our guides weigh out, but the stated grind range tops out at a French press setting and the 110 gram grounds container falls short of a full 125 gram cold brew dose in one pass.

Hario V60 Switch 03
Hario's own spec sheet confirms this glass, size 03 Switch dripper (SSD-360-B) fits our pour-over guide's five-stage pour method and single-cup 15g to 250g recipe inside its stated 360 milliliter capacity, but that same capacity rules out the guide's per-cup scaler pushed to two cups in one brew.

Kettles & scales · fits Pour-over + AeroPress
Acaia Pearl
Acaia's own spec sheet lists a 2000g capacity, 0.1g readability, and a built-in Auto-Start Timer Mode, which together cover the 15g/250g pour-over dose and the 18g/210g AeroPress dose our guides call for, and the digital-scale-with-timer both guides list as required gear.

Breville Barista Express
Breville's own spec sheet clears our espresso guide's 9 bar pump requirement and bundles a matched 54mm tamper and an on demand conical burr grinder, but that grinder runs 16 fixed settings rather than stepless, the shot buttons are volumetric rather than weight based, and the box ships without the 0.1g scale our guide's gear list calls for separately.

Grinders · fits Espresso + Moka pot
1Zpresso JX-Pro S
1Zpresso's own manual describes the JX-Pro S as a fixed click adjustment, 40 clicks per rotation moving the burr 0.5mm (12.5 microns per click), not a stepless one, so it fails our espresso guide's stepless preference outright, but its 48mm conical burr and 30 to 35g capacity comfortably cover the weighed doses both our espresso and moka pot guides call for.

Grinders · fits Pour-over + French press
Baratza Virtuoso+
Baratza's own suggested settings place Hario V60 at grind 15 and French Press at 28 on the Virtuoso+'s 40 step dial, matching both of our brew guides directly, with one gap: the grinder doses by time, not weight, so our guides' gram targets still need a separate scale.

Chemex Classic Series, 6-Cup
Chemex's own spec sheet confirms a single-vessel, 30 ounce borosilicate glass brewer built around a 5 fl oz cup and proprietary Bonded filters, numbers that satisfy our pour-over guide's rinse step and near-boiling heat needs but don't match its named V60 dripper or its 250 g gram-based scaling.

Bonavita 1.0L Variable Temperature Gooseneck Kettle
Bonavita's own manual lists six factory presets, 60C to 98C, that hit or bracket every water temperature our pour-over and AeroPress guides call for, backed by an up to one hour heat-and-hold, though it ships with no integrated scale and a power rating that Bonavita's manual and its Amazon listing state differently.

Hario V60 Drip Scale
Hario's own product page confirms a 2,000g capacity scale with 0.1g resolution from 2g to 200g and a built-in timer, precise enough to weigh the 15g pour-over dose and 18g AeroPress dose our guides call for while timing both brews on the same device.

Espresso machines · fits Espresso
Gaggia Classic Evo Pro
Gaggia's own spec sheet calibrates the OPV to the 9 bar our espresso guide requires and Home Coffee Solutions lists a 58mm double spout portafilter with a plastic tamper in the box, but the included filter baskets cap out at 14 to 18 grams, short of the 19 gram top of our guide's dose range, and neither a grinder nor a scale ships with the machine.

Fellow Opus Conical Burr Grinder
Fellow names all four of our brew methods directly on the Opus's spec sheet, but the 110g hopper and catch bin undersize our cold brew guide's full one liter batch, and the timer doses by seconds, not the grams every guide on this site measures by.

OXO Compact Cold Brew Coffee Maker
Seattle Coffee Gear and Stumptown both put this brewer at a 24 oz capacity run on a 1:4 ratio over a 24 hour steep, a smaller batch, a stronger ratio and a longer steep than our cold brew guide's 1 litre, 1:8, 12 to 18 hour numbers, even though its coarse grind and mesh filter line up with our guide directly.

Brewers & presses · fits Moka pot
Bialetti Moka Express, 3-Cup
Bialetti's own product page rates this 3-cup Moka Express at 4.4 oz and Whole Latte Love lists a 5 minute brew time for that size, in line with our moka pot guide's own ~5 minute stovetop window, but the 13 g dose and 4.4 oz capacity both run below the 15 to 17 g dose and roughly 180 g (6 oz) yield our guide's own numbers imply for a pot this size, so it fits a single small serving rather than the 4-cup routine our guide's dose figure is built around.

Bodum Chambord French Press, 34oz
Sweet Maria's and Target both list this Chambord at 8 cup, 34 oz, with a high-heat borosilicate glass carafe that clears our French press guide's near-boiling water and 3-to-8 cup range, but its rated capacity runs tight against our cold brew guide's full 1 litre batch, and its 8-cup rating does not map to our guide's own 12 oz cup math.

Rancilio Silvia
Whole Latte Love lists 15 bar of pump pressure and Rancilio's own spec sheet rates the portafilter to 21 grams, both clearing our espresso guide's 9 bar minimum and 18 to 19 gram dose, but the box ships with no grinder or scale.

AeroPress Original
AeroPress's own spec sheet puts scoop dose at 16 to 18 grams and brew temperature at 185F (85C), both matching our AeroPress guide's recipe, while the box ships with paper filters and a stirrer but no scale, timer, or grinder, gear our guide lists separately.

Hario V60 Dripper, Size 02
Hario's own spec sheet confirms this plastic, size 02 dripper carries the spiral-ridged, 1 to 4 cup body our pour-over guide's five-pour, centred-spiral method and per-cup 15g to 250g scaling are written around.

Breville Bambino Plus
Breville's own spec sheet clears our espresso guide's 9 bar pump and tamper requirements and matches the low end of its 18 to 19g dose range, but the one-touch shot buttons are volumetric and the box ships without a grinder or scale, so hitting the guide's 36 to 38g by-weight target means bringing outside gear and cutting the shot by hand.

Fellow Stagg EKG Pro
Fellow's own spec sheet gives the Stagg EKG Pro a 40C to 100C, to-the-degree range that covers every water temperature our pour-over, AeroPress, and French press guides call for, with two honest gaps: no built-in scale, and a 0.9 liter capacity that clears our French press guide's two-cup, 800 gram example by a narrow margin.

Baratza Encore ESP
One burr set covers our espresso guide's fine window and sits inside the coarser macro range our moka pot guide needs, with one honest gap: bring your own scale.

How every guide is made
No stars. No scores.
Countable checks.
Read the recipe
Our brew guides already fix the numbers: temperature, ratio, and a grind window that flows in a stated time.
Read the spec sheet
Manufacturer specifications, fetched and cited: burr geometry, temperature control, pressure, basket size.
Count the matches
Each spec either meets the recipe or it does not. The fit meter is the count, and every lit segment carries its citation.
